By accessing or using ChurchConnection ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including church administrators, staff members, and regular members.

2. Description of Service

ChurchConnection is a church management platform that provides tools for member management, team coordination, event scheduling, giving management, announcements, and communication. The Service is offered on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use ChurchConnection, a church administrator must register and create a church account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

ChurchConnection is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee of $29.99/month (or as otherwise stated)
• Provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges
• Understand that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

We offer a 30-day free trial for new church registrations. No credit card is required to begin the trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the Service.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to collect personal data without proper consent

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Each church's data is stored separately and securely. Church administrators are responsible for the data they input and for ensuring their use of member data complies with applicable privacy laws.

8. Intellectual Property

ChurchConnection and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChurchConnection and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any data, content, or information you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurchConnection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service itself.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
